Our beautiful, family-run holiday home is located on the beach of Marielyst on the island of Falster. It is a Swedish West Coast cottage and is about 500 meters as the crow flies from the Baltic Sea beach. Surrounded by many trees and bushes, Clausens Hus is located on a sunny plot of about 1100 square meters with a beautiful garden. The house has a cozy living room and a large winter garden with wooden flooring. In addition to a children's room and the master bedroom, there is also a guest bedroom (Anneks in Danish) that can be accessed from outside. The bathroom, furnished in typical Danish style, is equipped with a modern shower room, washing machine and underfloor heating. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and convection oven as well as a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Access to the 2-person sauna is in the yard.
